Letter from employer or sponsoring company in the US, on company letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant's employment status/position held in the company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit. The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in host country.

Visa applications may be denied to passports showing Israeli visas or stamps. In addition, border control may refuse entry even if the traveler holds a valid visa. Travelers who have visited Israel are encouraged to obtain a second valid passport for travel to Syria. |

Visas are usually processed in 5 to 8 business days. Rush service may be available for additional fees. Please visit our Consular Fees page for details. Rush service is defined as any attempt made by Travisa to retrieve the visa in less time than the amount required by the embassy to process the visa. |
| In order to ensure that visa applications for most embassies/consulates are submitted on the day that we receive them, they should be shipped to us via FedEx Priority Overnight (not First Overnight or Standard Overnight). |
