Yes - A visa is required for travel to Syria

A valid passport and tourist visa are required to travel to Syria.


Passport Requirements:

Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, with at least one blank passport page available for visa stamp(s). Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamps.


Syria Visa Application Form:

Two signed Syria visa application forms. After placing your order, fill out the application forms included in your Visa Application Kit.


Photo Requirements:

Two recent 2 x 2 passport type photographs in color, front view and with a plain/white background.


Special Instructions:

Visa applications may be denied to passports showing Israeli visas or stamps. In addition, border control may refuse entry even if the traveler holds a valid visa. Travelers who have visited Israel are encouraged to obtain a second valid passport for travel to Syria.

Visa Validity:

Visas are usually valid for three months from the date of issuance and based on the consulate's discretion.

Visa Processing Time:
